Dua Lipa Dua Lipa, an English musician and singer, was born in London, on the 22nd of August 1995. After a stint as a model and actress she was signed to Warner Bros Records. She launched her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. The album reached the top spot at No. 3 in the U.K. Charts. The album had eight singles released including Be the One I.D.G.A.F. and New Rules. In the United States it peaked as the 6th most popular album. The album, which has since been recognized as Platinum in several countries around the world has won the two Brit Awards (in the year 2018) in the categories of British Female Single Artist as well as British Breakthrough artist.
